The eTukTuk is equipped for all weather situations. They all have a transparent rain cover, which completely encloses the passenger cabin. In winter you can stay warm with the provided blankets
Each Tuk-Tuk can carry 4-5 people. In the usual case it would be 4 adults, or up to 5 persons if Familys including children.

Our tours generally start at Museumsstrasse 1, 8001 Zurich. This on pre-order.
Pickups or drop off at another location? No problem. In this case, we charge an extra fee (CHF 19.00 per station) or shorten the tour.
Up to 2 vehicles:
In case of cancellation by the client after 24h before the start of the tour or in case of no-show at the agreed time, there is no right to a refund of the booking price.
In case of cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, 50% will be refunded.
For cancellations up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, 100% will be refunded.
From 3 vehicles:
In case of cancellation by the client after 72 hours before the start of the tour or in case of no-show at the agreed time, there is no right to a refund of the booking price.
In case of cancellation up to 72 hours before the start of the tour, 50% will be refunded.
In case of cancellation up to 96 hours before the start of the tour, 100% will be refunded.
If the tour is cancelled due to technical problems or force majeure, the provider will organise a replacement or refund the booking price in full.
